The "33-Day Coaching Intensive"
Designed to shift specific behavioral patterns, the 33-Day Coaching Intensive is usually intended for those beginning a weight loss program or for intentional coaching in support of creating a new and self-nurturing habit. If you aren't ready to commit to a longer-term coaching relationship, this is the way to go! Coaching Intensives are paid in full prior to first session and can either be done by phone consults or via email. We'll match you on where you are willing to go!
Phone - $950:
Whether you want to begin your journey or sign up for another Intensive, receive up to a 30 minute a day 1x1 phone consult for specific behavioral changes for 33 consecutive days
Email - $650:
Begin a follow up and/or start a new Intensive and receive unlimited email support and daily check-ins for an additional 33 consecutive days

All coaching sessions are completed via telephone.

DISCOUNTED RATES:
***Note: InnerSpect offers the "Current USM Student" discounted rate to only one or two students at any given time. We
suggest that you contact us first to see if this discounted rate of 40% is currently available.
- Discovery Session (approx. 2 hours). The usual fee for the
discovery session is $250 and can be completed all at once
or be divided into two sessions for your convenience.
- Advance $500 Last Appointment Deposit - This deposit allows for a session devoted
entirely for completion and next steps purposes. We've discovered that money is a great motivator. We're routing for your success and we're using every trick and tool we know of to help you manifest what you say you want! Provided you have continued with your weekly coaching sessions, we enthusiatically give your entire deposit back to you when you manifest your Ideal Scene that you create yourself!

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments:
Our consultations work best when they are given a high priority
in your life and you make a point of attending our sessions together.
In fact, it is my experience from my own weight release journey
that it must have a high priority. You will be spending time
on this. If you must cancel an appointment, please call or contact
InnerSpect at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy may give
time to schedule another appointment during your session.
If you give InnerSpect less than 24 hours notice, you will be
charged $50. If you do not notify InnerSpect at
all, you will be charged $100.
Workshops & Events:
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation prior to an event. If cancelling within 24 hours, you will be charged for the cost of the event regardless of whether you attend. Events are not transferable.
