In today's culture, there is an alarming tendency to think that we need to be a certain way in order to be successful, deserving of a great life, or to be worthy of loving.

Accepting that we are okay as we are right now and do not need "fixing" is one of the most challenging practices in releasing weight and creating a healthy body image.

I invite you to join me for a thought-provoking workshop designed to create an inner shift from perceiving weight as an obstacle to something that can be learned from.
